• Members are solely responsible for any medicines, supplements, steroids, or other substances consumed without the advice or prescription of a qualified medical practitioner. FatFitter shall not be responsible for any health issues arising from such use.

• Members participate in gym activities, fitness programs, training sessions, and other services at their own risk.

• FatFitter shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, physical discomfort, medical condition, disability, or other health-related issues that may occur during or after participation in fitness activities.

• Members are advised to consult a doctor before starting any exercise, fitness, diet, or training program.

• In case of any medical emergency, including but not limited to injury, heat-related illness, heart attack, or other health complications, FatFitter will provide reasonable assistance where possible but shall not be held responsible for the outcome.
